Our services involve assisting clients with various aspects of fire safety regulations and obtaining necessary approvals. Specifically, we provide support for building plans approval/ layout approval, as well as the renewal and granting of Fire NOCs and Schemes for occupancy of buildings for Residential,Industrial and Commercial.

 

When it comes to building plan layout approval, we help clients ensure that their building plans are in compliance with all relevant fire safety codes and regulations. This includes reviewing plans, identifying potential hazards, and recommending modifications or additions to improve safety. Once the plans are deemed satisfactory, we assist with the submission and approval process.

 

For clients who already have a Fire NOC but need to renew it, we provide guidance and support throughout the process. This includes ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner and that any required updates or modifications have been made to maintain compliance with fire safety regulations.

 

Finally, we also assist clients in obtaining Fire NOCs for occupancy of buildings. This involves working with the State Fire Department to ensure that all requirements have been met, including the installation of necessary safety equipment and the implementation of proper fire safety protocols. Once the Fire NOC is granted, the building can be occupied for business or residential purposes.
